Concrete is the most popular home building material, and it’s easy to find projects for it. In the last few years I’ve gotten into making these unusual molds called concrete ornaments. They’re a fun way to decorate your home with concrete. You can place them pretty much anywhere in your home, right down to the smallest shelf.

I sell a variety of designs and size, in both cast and poured versions, so you have many options. If you have questions about how they work or how they can be used, please feel free to contact me….

A note on quality control: I do my best to ensure my items are defect-free, but sometimes things do happen that aren’t my fault, so if you have a problem with an item please contact me ASAP so I can make it right. And please keep in mind that while I can’t guarantee the exact color of any item, I try my best to match what’s pictured online. Also, if there is something special about this item that you would like pointed out for future customers, please let me know so I can mention it when selling….

The reason I am selling these items is because I want to devote more time to my photography business, which has taken priority over this project

Although concrete is the most common building material in America, only a small group of people can do carvings and sculptures. If you are one of them, there is a great blog for you to read. I’m sure you will find it interesting.

A concrete-decorating business may seem the kind of thing you wouldn’t want to be selling, or the kind of thing you’d want to know nothing about. But concrete is one of those things that are easier to sell than to produce.

For one thing, you can’t make it by yourself. It has to be made in a factory; and factories are expensive. They are also prone to problems. You don’t have much say over what the factory does, and the people who make concrete can be unreliable.

The result is that the cost of concrete is often more than twice what it would have been if it had been made at home. And if you buy a ready-mix mix from an ordinary company, you don’t even get your own mix under your own conditions.

A building is one of the most complicated things you can make. A lump of concrete and a few bags of cement takes a lot less effort and skill than, say, a car. But the huge difference in cost is not because of the difficulty but because of the danger: concrete has to be poured into place where it will set and harden.

This makes it particularly susceptible to accidents. The usual way to mix concrete is with run-of-the-mill cement, which is cheap enough that most construction companies aren’t worried about accidentally blowing themselves up. If an engineer builds a bridge, he buys bridges from other engineers; if he builds a skyscraper, he buys it from other engineers. He doesn’t worry about making an error in the calculations for weight distribution; there are plenty of other people who can design and build skyscrapers for him.

But if he wants to decorate a home, he has to do everything himself. He has to mix the concrete–which by itself doesn’t take much time or skill–and then pour it into place. If the mistake is small, it doesn’t matter too much: a single bag of cement costs $1; even if you run out you still have enough left to finish the job. But as soon

A concrete company in the US had a big problem. Their big problem is that it looked like their business had stalled. The concrete industry is cyclical, and this time around the demand for new homes was weak, and the price of concrete was high. There was some pressure on the company to sell off, but the owners didn’t want to sell until they knew their problems were permanent. So they came up with an unusual idea: “why not try to make our customers happy?”

They got creative, first by offering free paint colors and custom decals to all new customers. The customers flocked, and sales went up. Then they decided that nothing would be too silly for their customers — so they started selling lint rollers shaped like concrete pipes.

An interesting question is how to make concrete look good. The answer is that it’s not possible to make concrete look good. There is no way to make a material that looks like wood look like stone, for example. And there is no way to make a material that looks like wood look like plastic.

The reason for this is that the components of concrete are not so different from those of wood or stone – and just as with wood or stone there are things you can do to improve the appearance of concrete. But if you do them, they will decrease its durability and make it more difficult to work with.

And so, decorating concrete with the same materials used in decorating other kinds of construction implies that the designer is trying to solve problems in another way than it was designed for. This can be done with success, but only by going against the grain of what it was designed to do.

This is why beautiful buildings have their own style; they aren’t trying to decorate themselves: they are trying to solve their problems in a certain way, and that style defines what kind of problem they solved.
