shree jung rodhak cement is a blend of portland cement, hydrated lime and special chemical additives. This combination of ingredients provides a high early strength and rapid set, resulting in an economical product for applications requiring an early return to service.

shree jung rodhak cement, like all portland cements, is made by heating calcium carbonate (limestone) with silica and alumina to produce clinker. At the same time water is added to form a slurry and the mixture is heated to temperatures of over 1400 C. The mixture burns in the kiln to form clinker which is then ground into the fine powder that we call cement. The product normally has a greyish white colour. shree jung rodhak cement will harden quickly in the presence of moisture, so that it can be used soon after mixing with water. The type of additives used in shree jung rodhak cement are designed to maximise early strength gain and to improve durability and workability.

Shree jung rodhak cement is a cement company with the production capacity of the 1.7 million tons, the company has three manufacturing facilities located in surkhet, bhairahawa and kalaiya. The head office of the company is situated at Kalaiya, Bara. It has been listed in NEPSE on 2079/12/28.

The promoters of the company are Bittu Lal Agrawal, Rajendra Prasad Agarwal and Govind Agrawal.

The company has announced 7% bonus share to its shareholders. As of first quarter, 2077-78, it has paid up capital of Rs. 2 Arba and authorized capital of Rs. 5 Arba. The paid up capital will reach Rs 2.5 Arba after its bonus shares are distributed.

The total number of outstanding shares till 2077/07/16 was 683,858 and it will rise to 740,000 after bonus share distribution. Hence, it trades at the price-to-earnings ratio (P/E) of 18 times after distributing bonus shares which is quite expensive compared to other cement companies listed in NEPSE.

Currently, Ambe Cement is trading at 8 times P

Shree Jung Rodhak Cement is one of the most used cement in nepal and we are the authorized distributor of this cement. Our company is established in 2061 BS and we have been running successfully since then. We deal with all kind of Shree Jung Rodhak Cement. We have a vast distribution network across the nation and our products are available for reasonable price. We are affiliated to Shree Cements Limited, Nepal.

Shree Jung Rodhak Cement is manufactured from a mixture of OPC clinker, gypsum and fine mineral materials. It has high compressive strength and low heat of hydration with water requirements ranging from 34-35%. This unique combination makes Shree Jung Rodhak cement ideally suited for concrete which is exposed to higher temperatures like mass concreting works like dams, bridges, roads and runways etc.

Shree Jung Rodhak Cement produces Portland Pozzolana cement and Portland Slag cement. The company is also engaged in the production of clinker, a key ingredient in the manufacturing of cement. The company’s cement products are used for both construction and infrastructure projects.

Shree Jung Rodhak Cement was established in 1995 by Shree Jung Rodhak Group, headquartered in New Delhi. The group is involved in the manufacturing, trading and marketing of cement, steel, wire rods and chemicals.

Shree Cement is a leading cement manufacturer in North India. The company has a consolidated capacity of 24.6 MTPA including 4.3 MTPA under implementation, making it one of the top five cement companies in India. With an annual turnover of more than INR 7000 Crores (US$ 1.1 billion), the company has grown rapidly over the last decade. Shree Cements product portfolio includes Portland Pozzolana Cement (PPC) and OPC, with 53 and 43 Grade respectively, both having IS 1489 certification. The Company exports to Bangladesh, UAE, Sri Lanka and other SAARC countries. Shree Cements current market capitalisation stands at Rs 17,924 crore (US$ 2.8 billion). Over the years, Shree Cement has earned accolades for quality products and services from several institutions and organisations in India and abroad:

Shree Cement manufactures Portland Pozzolana Cement (PPC) using superior quality fly ash obtained from NTPCs power plant at Farakka in Murshidabad district West Bengal which is transported by rail to our plant at Ras, Rajasthan as well as from Baloda Bazaar near Raipur in Chhattisgarh. This plant also

The Company’s capacity of cement production is 1.3 million TPA (tonne per annum) which is made up of the following:

Cement Plant (capacity 1.0 million TPA at Nimbahera, District Chittorgarh in Rajasthan)

Grinding Unit (capacity 0.3 million TPA at Khushkhera, District Alwar in Rajasthan)

The Company has also embarked on a brown field expansion project by setting up an additional grinding unit having a capacity of 1.2 million TPA at Jhajjar, Haryana and an integrated cement plant with clinker capacity of 2.48 Million TPA and cement capacity of 3.0 Million TPA at Mukutban, Maharashtra.

The core of the product is the technology that yields ultra-low heat of hydration. To understand its significance, we first need to know why it is important to keep the temperature down.

The heat of hydration is generated by the chemical reaction between cement and water. If this reaction takes place slowly, it generates a little heat; if it happens rapidly, more heat is created.

A rapid rise in temperature can cause cracking in concrete structures. It can also affect the setting time, which in turn impacts on the strength. When cement sets, it forms crystals of calcium silicate hydrate (C-S-H). This process starts at 10 C and ends at 35 C. The longer this process takes, the greater its strength.
