Facts About Cement Grey
We have three types of grey color. We also offer a wide range of colors and shades, but we will only talk about the grey family in this blog.
Our Original Grey is a standard cement grey. It looks like Portland cement, which is the default grey for construction and masonry applications.
Our Light Grey is a lighter shade and has more of a grayish tone. This color can be used to match existing concrete or masonry that has faded over time due to weathering or exposure to the sun.
Our Darker Grey has more of a charcoal tone to it than our original grey. This color can also be used to match existing concrete or masonry that has faded over time due to weathering or exposure to the sun.
These colors look great when applied on top of existing concrete substrates, even if they are weathered, cracked, spalled, pitted, or covered with efflorescence (salt deposits). They are perfect for stamped concrete, pavers and decorative finishes on interior walls (plaster), basement walls (concrete block), commercial floors (concrete slab on grade), exterior facades (brick), and residential driveways (concrete slab on grade).
Our cement grey is a strong and durable product that has been used in many new construction projects.
Our cement grey is environmentally friendly, and it has a lower greenhouse gas footprint than conventional concrete.
It can be poured into a mold to form any shape, so it can be used for many different construction needs.
Our cement grey is made by mixing water with cement and then adding sand, gravel, or crushed stone. This mixture is then formed into blocks of different shapes and sizes.
It is used in construction because it’s strong and durable, but also because it’s easy to work with and pour into molds.
The main advantage of using our cement grey over other types of construction materials such as brick or stone is that it can be poured into any shape you want, which means there are no limitations on design or style when building something new out of this material.”
Cement Grey is a brand of fiber-reinforced concrete sealant with superior performance and chemical resistance. Cement Grey is available in a variety of colors and sizes, including a tinted grey version that is darker than our standard grey version. It is manufactured from high quality raw materials and comes with a lifetime guarantee against cracking or peeling.
Cement Grey has been used successfully on many applications including: sidewalk repairs, driveway repairs, walkways and patios, swimming pools, pool decks, tennis courts, basketball courts, playgrounds, parking lots and more. We have tested it on all types of concrete surfaces with excellent results.
When applying Cement Grey to any surface make sure all cracks are properly filled using 4″ wide by 1/4″ thick strips of tapered foam insulation board (available at most hardware stores). The tapered foam allows for easy removal of the hardened cement without damaging the surrounding area. If you do not have tapered foam insulation board then you can use a piece of 1/4″ thick plywood instead but it will require some effort to remove the hardened cement from the plywood after curing time has passed.
We recommend using latex gloves when handling Cement Grey as it may cause skin irritation if left on your fingers for
Cement Grey is a decorative product that is used to surface various types of flooring and wall finishes. It can be applied to wood, concrete, or stone surfaces and provides a quality finish that can withstand many years of wear.
Cement Grey is an economical alternative to traditional paints, stains, or varnishes, especially when high-quality floors and walls are required. The fact that it can be applied to existing surfaces makes it even more economical.
Cement Grey is made from cement and other materials to provide the best possible results for your flooring and wall finishes. It has been shown to be resistant to chipping, cracking, peeling, fading, or staining. These qualities make it ideal for use in areas where you may need the added durability of a cement-based product without having to worry about damaging a surface with something less durable.
Cement Grey comes in two different colors: black and white. Both colors are available in powder form for use on concrete or as liquid for use on wood and other flooring materials.
Cement grey is a unique grey based on the traditional cement colour. It can be used for all types of concrete and cement based surfaces such as: floors, walls, stairs, etc.
The colour is available in two different versions:
– A pigment that can be mixed with the concrete or cement in a ratio of 1:100.
– A ready to use paint that can be applied to the surface after it has been cured.
Both products have a very high light fastness (resistance to UV radiation) so they are suitable for outdoor use.
The colour is based on iron oxide pigments which have a very high light fastness (weather resistance) and high durability to abrasion and chemicals. The colours are not affected by acids, alkalis and solvents.
We recommend using this product in combination with our other products such as concrete sealers, waterproofing products and surface impregnators to obtain the best results
What is cement grey?
Cement grey is a mineral powder that is produced by burning clay and limestone. It is then ground into a fine powder and mixed with water to create a paste that hardens when it sets. Cement is the active ingredient in concrete, which is used as a building material in many forms: a composite material used for construction that consists of an aggregate (gravel and sand) bound together with an adhesive (cement).
It’s also used to make mortar, which consists of cement, water and sand. When mixed with water, cement becomes sticky and can be used to bind bricks and stones. Concrete is typically made by mixing cement, sand, gravel and water together until it becomes workable. To create concrete, you need to mix the dry ingredients thoroughly before adding water.
This mixture should be left to set for 24 hours before using it. Once set, concrete will remain in its original form indefinitely so long as moisture isn’t allowed to penetrate through cracks or gaps between layers of the material – this process can take several weeks depending on conditions such as weather conditions outside during curing time.”
