Cement is a hydraulic binder and is defined as a finely ground inorganic material which, when mixed with water, forms a paste that sets and hardens by chemical reaction with air and becomes capable of bonding other materials. The cement used in Liquid Cement is specially formulated to have low viscosity for easy application by brush or spray. This product is perfect for jobs such as concrete resurfacing, filling cracks in concrete, fast setting anchor bolts, sealing joints, and more.

Liquid Cement can be applied on concrete surfaces such as driveways, sidewalks, patios, steps and pool decks. It penetrates deep into the surface to form a strong bond that resists heavy traffic. This product is designed for use on exterior concrete surfaces and can be used on interior surfaces only if they are free of moisture; liquid cement will not cure properly on wet surfaces.

This product comes in two different sizes: 10 oz (300 ml) tubes or 1 gallon (3.785 L) bottles. The 10oz tubes can be used with standard caulking guns while the 1 gallon bottles are available with a special applicator nozzle that makes applying this product easier than ever before!

Liquid Cement cures quickly so you’ll want to work in small sections rather than trying to

Liquid Cement is a ready-to-use, polymer-modified, cement-based mortar designed specifically for use in the installation of ceramic tile. It is an economical solution for your tile installation needs that can be used for interior or exterior applications, and is ideal for walls, floors and countertops.

Liquid Cement has a creamy consistency that spreads easily and resists slumping, even in vertical applications. It provides extended open time (up to 30 minutes) and long working time (up to 90 minutes) for large areas. And because it dries to a light color, it will not significantly alter the original color of the grout when used on non-white grout joints up to 1/8″ wide.

For faster set times, Liquid Cement contains special polymers that allow you to obtain initial tile set in as little as 3 hours and achieve full cure in 24 hours at 70 F. Its high bond strength allows you to install tile over existing tile on walls or floors when used with Schluter ALL-SET.

Liquid cement is a great product for repairing cracks and holes in concrete, masonry, wood, aluminum, steel and more. Liquid cement is a fast drying, multi-purpose repair compound that hardens to a concrete-like finish.

Easy to use – Simply cut nozzle to desired bead size, apply to surface and smooth with wet finger. Compound will skin over in 3-5 minutes. Fully cured in 3 hours.

Cures to a tough and durable finish. Waterproof formula resists water or weather damage.

Excellent adhesion to most surfaces. Bonds to most building materials including masonry, brick, concrete, glass, iron, steel and tile. Can be sanded or painted when dry

With a tensile strength of over 1200 psi and an elongation of up to 250%, Liquid Cement is a high-performance, fast-curing, flexible, liquid rubber compound that provides exceptional adhesion and toughness for repairing, rebuilding and protecting almost any surface.

Liquid Cement begins to cure in as little as 10 minutes and can be applied to damp or wet surfaces. It cures to a waterproof, durable and flexible rubber that resists chemicals, abrasion, impact and vibration.

Easy to apply (just brush, roll or pour), Liquid Cement can be used on flexible or rigid surfaces such as wood, ceramics, glass, concrete, metal and even plastic. It can be used above or below the water line on boats and other marine applications.

Liquid Cement comes in a variety of forms:

* Epoxy Putty Stick – A hand-kneadable, fast-setting polymer compound for permanent repairs to anything made of metal or plastic.

* Brushable Sealer – A quick-drying formula for sealing small cracks and leaks in concrete and masonry structures.

* Brushable Sealer Marine – A high performance formula for sealing small cracks and leaks in concrete structures exposed to hydrostatic pressure from fresh water or salt

For projects that require filling and sealing, liquid cement is an ideal solution. With its excellent adhesion properties, liquid cement will bond and fill virtually any porous surface. It can be used for interior and exterior projects, decorative or structural.

Liquid Cement is available in two formulas:

Liquid Cement Crack Filler and Liquid Cement Leveler.

LIQUID CEMENT CRACK FILLER is recommended for non-structural cracks up to 1/2″ wide in concrete, masonry, stucco or stone surfaces. This product provides a weather resistant finish to cracks that are subject to moisture or occasional water contact. In addition, LIQUID CEMENT CRACK FILLER helps prevent the intrusion of water through the crack which can cause freezing problems and potential spalling damage to masonry surfaces. For structural cracks, see LIQUID CEMENT LEVELER below.

LIQUID CEMENT LEVELER is recommended for both interior and exterior applications where a fast setting, self leveling underlayment is needed to create a level surface prior to the installation of tile, carpeting or other floor coverings. As with all self leveling products, it is important to keep foot traffic off of the material until it has cured sufficiently to resist indentations from

Liquid cement is a rapid setting, high strength repair material that is durable in wet environments. It can be applied in thicknesses from feather edge to 1 inch. Liquid cement is a two component, 100% solids, high modulus, structural epoxy gel designed for vertical or horizontal concrete surfaces. It has excellent adhesion to concrete, wood, metal and most plastics. This product is especially suitable for repairing cracks and fissures in concrete structures. Liquid cement can also be used as a bonding agent over existing coatings or as a general adhesive for patching or anchoring applications. This product is also available packaged with aggregate for use as a grouting and grinding material.

Liquid cement is a unique material that can smooth out surfaces and make them hard. Liquid cement is made from a mixture of cement, water and sand. The cement used in liquid cement is usually grey Portland cement. The water used to mix liquid cement must be free of impurities, such as oils or acids.

The main ingredient in liquid cement is the same ingredient found in concrete: Portland cement. Portland Cement combines with water to form a paste-like compound, which then combines with sand and gravel to create concrete.

Liquid cement works much the same way as regular concrete. The main difference is that liquid cement has been mixed with water before being transported to the job site, whereas regular concrete uses water that is mixed at the job site itself.
