If you’ve been working out for a long time without any results there is something that you might be doing wrong. You might be doing the wrong training, or you might be doing the right training but with no enthusiasm so read on to find out how to get the most out of your workouts.

1.) Focus On Finishing Strong
When doing your workout don’t go too hard at the beginning and then start getting tired towards the end. You need to finish strong so do as much as you can in the first half of your workout and then keep going just a little bit harder from there on until you have finished your workout.
2.) Keep Your Form Tight:
You might think that when you get tired it doesn’t matter what your form looks like, well it does. In order for you to work out properly, you need to keep your form tight and maintain good technique even though you are tired this will allow you to train longer with more intensity. No matter how tired you are make sure that your form is still tight throughout the whole exercise.

I’ve had periods of time where I didn’t feel this way about working out. I would go through the motions, maybe not push myself as hard as I could, and would get in and out of the gym as fast as I could. You know what? Eat your protein! The only way you’re going to get the results you want is if you eat enough protein. Muscle is made of protein, so if you are not getting enough, your results will be sub-par.
