A word about precautions for the above: gasoline and kerosene vaporize at low temperatures and are extremely flammable. Diesel fuel does not vaporize at low temperatures and is less flammable, but still very dangerous if ignited (it will explode). A blowtorch can easily ignite the fumes from any of these chemicals, causing a fireball that may burn you, melt your rims, and possibly cause an explosion if the vapors reach an ignition source such as a pilot light in a water heater or furnace in the garage.
