First put on goggles and gloves, then combine 1/3 cup TSP with 1 gallon of warm water in a bucket. That should decrease its appearance. If not, you may have to resort to an acid-based solution made by mixing a quart of muriatic acid with 3 quarts of water in a bucket. Again, wear goggles and gloves before applying it to the stain with a brush or nylon scrubber. Finally, rinse the area thoroughly with water from a garden hose.
If these solutions don’t decrease those darn cement stains’ appearance, your best bet is probably to call in professionals!

The secret to removing cement stains is a compound called oxalic acid. It’s a clear liquid that can be purchased in powder form at most hardware stores.
