5. Ask the contractor what type of concrete will be used (i.e., 3000 psi vs 4000 psi). The higher the number, the stronger the concrete and generally more expensive too.
6. If a driveway will be poured, ask if steel rebar or wire mesh will be used in addition to fibermesh (very important for long term durability). 7. Ask if your job will be subcontracted out to another company (this can drive up cost).
